Welcome to my blog!
It’s inconvenient to have a lot ideas in mind only to let them evaporate off in the next hour, why don’t we write them down and develop from that writing which is a piece of our mind?
- What’s this blog about?
This blog contains thoughts, pieces of my college life, and reviews about Android apps, books, and a few movies.
This blog focuses on writing productivity and creativity to move people, of all ages. I also plan to use this blog as a medium to raise awareness. Let’s do this!
- Who’s the person behind this blog?
Hello, I’m Silvia Mawarni (administration staffs would call me Silvia, my friends call me Cipi, feel free to choose what you prefer), an 18-year-old college student who is currently studying Information Technology at Universitas Sumatra Utara.
P.S. I can’t code, get the PHP language out of the room!
- What are the things that intrigue you?
I love unconventional things. I’m curious and interested about many things, especially human behavior. I’m currently developing an interest in contributing to education and youth development.
I love nonfictions and books with realistic plots. A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini is one of my heart breakers and also my favorite crush. I haven’t moved on from that book. And just like everyone, I also say “Books, I demand values!”
I don’t enjoy popular movies that gets people hyped in theaters. Usually such kind of movies are overrated and doesn’t deserve such spotlight, really makes me pity those masterpieces that don’t get the tickets to the red carpet.
I do enjoy Asghar Farhadi’s creations. Every endings leads to a new beginning, so as for drama movies, the endings should be open. Oh, he doesn’t believe in endings!
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Pride and Prejudice, and Great Expectations also have my whole heart.
Nice to see you visiting my blog. I hope to bring positive impacts as a web content contributor. By the way, feel free to communicate with me through comments or my social media accounts. I’m also open for collaboration opportunities 🙂
